About the Role: The Administrative Officer role is dynamic, offering administrative support throughout the student lifecycle in vocational education. This position reports to the Administrative Coordinator and collaborates closely with teaching area managers to deliver a customer-centric service to current and future students, as well as other stakeholders. The position is fixed term until 28 February 2025 at a HEP 5 Classification Level, Salary range $ 73,852 per annum (pro rata) - $ 84,831per annum (pro rata), plus 17% Superannuation. The position will be based at our Werribee campus. About You: You have extensive experience offering advanced organisational and administrative support in a similar role with excellent attention to detail. Your expertise extends to delivering exceptional client and customer service to all stakeholders. You possess robust problem-solving abilities and thrive in adapting to evolving work practices, contributing actively to ongoing enhancements. Finally, you excel both collaboratively within teams and independently, consistently achieving position objectives with efficiency.
