Your new role One of the new regulatory requirements, CPS230 Operation Risk Management (CPS230), is a new APRA Prudential Standard focusing on Operational Risk Management, Resiliency planning, and management of Third Parties. Reporting to the Senior Implementation Lead, the Project Administrator will support the successful delivery of the CPS230 project. This role involves administrative duties, project coordination, and communication support to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope. Key duties will include; Provide administrative support to the Senior Implementation Manager and project team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and documentation Track project progress and report on key milestones and deliverables Coordinate communication between project stakeholders, ensuring timely dissemination of information Manage project documentation and ensure all files are up-to-date and easily accessible Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations for senior management and regulatory bodies Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the project team and with external stakeholders Assist with budget tracking and financial reporting for the project What you'll need Minimum of 3 years' experience in project administration, preferably within regulatory projects Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, MS Teams, SharePoint) Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Life at AustralianSuper AustralianSuper is committed to colleague development, and we support our people with ongoing learning, coaching and training, as well as career opportunities across our expanding global organisation.
