The team handles claims across all major classes of insurance and acts for the biggest names in the insurance industry, both locally and overseas The Role An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Associate to join our Sydney insurance team. The role offers a broad range of property, construction and statutory liability as well as professional indemnity matters. The Successful Candidate: We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills, experience and attributes: Previous defendant insurance experience in the construction space, including with respect to investigations and prosecutions arising from alleged breaches of work health and safety and planning laws; Ability to build strong client relationships with a focus on client service; Effective communication skills; Ability and enthusiasm to mentor junior practitioners; an Collaborative and pragmatic approach.
