Job Description We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to assist the Online and Warehouse Order fulfillment team during our most influential time of year. This role is for a Christmas Casual with an anticipated start date of September/October. This will be fixed term until January 12th 2025. As a Customer Service/Warehouse Assistant you will be assisting the team in the daily operations of customer service, warehouse ticketing and online fulfillment of orders. You will be involved in different set tasks including: Order fulfillment (Ticketing, pick, pack and dispatch) - ensuring customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner, meeting our service level agreements with our customers. Communication with customers (Customer Service – email and phone) Desired Skills and Experience The successful applicant: Team player The ability to work both individually and with a team is essential Passionate about meeting customer needs and provide the best levels of service to every customer High level written and verbal communication skills Able to work quickly and accurately with high attention to detail Ability to lift up to 15kgs Retail experience not essential, but would be an advantage You will be required have complete availability, 7 days a week during November and December.
