Create digital content of the highest standard, from concept through to final artwork delivery. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Graphic Designer to join a dynamic team at Allkinds. This role will be responsible for creating digital content of the highest standard, from concept through to final artwork delivery. This role involves working closely with the Brand Directors & GM, Art Director, E-Commerce, PR & Communications teams to design and deliver all digital assets for Allkinds. THE ROLE: Develop digital marketing and communications artwork across the following channels, Monthly campaigns/eDMs, Digital Ads, Monthly social/e-marketing creative campaigns (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram & Facebook), Affiliate campaigns, Animation and motion for digital marketing, web, and in-store screens & Typography and illustration. Responsible for concepting, design, layout, and delivery of digital marketing (still and motion) content with high attention to detail. Work with the product team to understand product features and functions in line with the overall product strategy while also honoring customer needs. Perform campaign image cropping, post-production, and imagery retouching & manipulation as required. Ensure all creative is consistent with brand direction, including fonts, creative layouts, and tone of voice. Work independently and in teams to design from initial concept stage through to final artwork and file delivery. Provide support and input to the continual enhancement of the website and digital (still and motion) visual identity of the brand. Contribute new ideas and concepts and add to discussions. On-site in St Kilda Rd offices 5 days per week. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: 3 years agency or in-house digital graphic design experience (ideally in retail). A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent in Graphic Design. Demonstrated experience in producing digital content. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, AfterEffects, Premiere Pro. Sufficient knowledge of Figma. Proficiency using a Mac operating system. Animation and video editing skills. 3D illustration experience (Desirable). Stong verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail, accuracy, and sensitivity. Ability to work to deadlines in a busy environment - working on multiple projects at any given time.
