The Role: Looking after the operations aspects, inclusive of: Track and manage orders for both international and domestic shipments. Coordinate schedules, allocating time slots and receipts for imported goods. Maintain and update information including volumes and contracts for all available SKU's Freight management - oversee rates and contracts Prepare reports for monthly internal KPI reports Monitor and follow up on international deliveries with forwarders and suppliers, providing delivery requirements and vessel information to the forwarder. Verify the accuracy of all shipment documentation and invoices and approve them when necessary. Collaborate with the warehouse and the broader team to coordinate shipment deliveries and timing. Periodically review local and international freight costs, including participating in freight tender processes.
