ResMed seeks a proactive Systems Engineer to join us in a pivotal role driving forward a business-critical project. Part time hours (4 days per week) will be considered. Letâs talk about the team:  The Product Lifecycle Engineering team is the core Engineering team responsible for maintaining ResMed's existing product devices in the market. The team is made up of multi-disciplinary engineers, including Electronics, Systems, Mechanical and Projects, so thereâs always someone knowledgeable to approach. We ask you to be your authentic self, to always speak your mind and to bring your best.â¯Â Let's talk about the role : In this role you will be the systems engineer, project managing the move of ResMedâs existing respiratory care product standard from Medical Device Directive (MDD) to Medical Device Regulation (MDR). Support the Systems Engineering deliverables and responsibilities within a product development cross-functional team Work with product stakeholders to decompose user needs, detail and maintain system requirements Support demonstration of product performance with full traceability of requirements to supporting evidence Develop and maintain risk management activities with guidance from senior systems engineering Ensure adherence to systems engineering principles and quality system processes Letâs talk about you  To excel as a Systems Engineer within our Product Lifecycle Engineering team you will need to be a highly analytical, systems thinker and an effective interdepartmental communicator with proven collaboration and project management skills. Qualifications and experience:  Bachelor's degree in Engineering Demonstrated work experience in technical communication, requirements management, risk activities, and quality and compliance in a product development environment from a medical device or other highly regulated industry Full working rights in Australia at time of application LI-APAC Joining us is more than saying âyesâ to making the world a healthier place.
