About the Role Our client is seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join the SW Brisbane Branch. In this role, you will provide vital support to the Sales team by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting their products and services. Duties: Maintain customer satisfaction with pre- and post-sales support. Manage customer escalations and requests efficiently. Respond to enquiries and resolve issues through the ticketing system within set timeframes. Identify sales leads and pass them on to the Sales team. Assist with sales administration and support the Marketing team with product promotions. Skills and Experience: Minimum 3 years’ customer service and sales support experience. Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Good working knowledge of MS Office applications and ticketing systems. Strong prioritisation and time management skills.
