Liaise and communicate product ranging, pricing, action plans, and promotional initiatives. Provide market information to the Sales Manager for planning. Ensure adequate stock levels and obtain stock orders at retail locations. Complete all call cycles on schedule, recording activities in SalesForce. Undertake merchandising stock in stores as needed. Grow Sika’s market share by establishing quality relationships within key retail distribution customers. Support all Sika retail distribution business activities. Develop and conduct Sika brand support activities, including trade breakfasts and promotional events. Identify customer training opportunities and support with training programs. Participate in internal and external training as needed. Prepare and present monthly activity summaries to the manager. Comply with sales, pricing, and expense policies. Regular travel to customer sites, including regional travel. Perform any other tasks as agreed with Sika.
