We are looking for a quality-focused, driven, high-performing Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years experience, in Building or Engineering , or similar, who want to get more back for the work they put in. You'll get 20% on every dollar for the first full Q, then a model that would yield more than 'generous structures' elsewhere, with 40k quarterly thresholds and achievable 40% and 50% brackets, with an OTE of 150k not unusual. From here we put in very simple targets and expectations, to ensure you are moving up the ladder, with profit share options available to high achievers.
