To assist in the growth and development of Fit2Work through outstanding customer service, support and high-quality administration. What you'll do Respond to client and consumer queries in a timely manner meeting KPI's, providing excellent customer service Handle complaints in a highly professional manner Execute the fulfilment/delivery of all product and services in accordance with SLA's, following standard processes and procedures Ensure quality of products and services delivered to clients and consumers by following processes and attention to detail Proactively liaise with management to ensure Operations is adequately resourced to meet client's expectations Support internal teams with client issues, escalations, outages etc as needed Undertake either Service Desk or Fulfilment activities as directed from time to time by Team Leader / Operations Manager. What experience you need Minimum 12 months call centre experience in a high-volume environment. Financial services, telecommunications or utilities background. Understanding of or exposure to operations processing centre Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to handle customer complaints. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work well as part of a team. Ability to multitask, manage assignments and be well organised. Excellent time management skills. Sound keyboard skills and software skills, including using email. Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook Desirable Exposure to changing environments
