About the Role Provide high-level administrative support to a Corporate practice group; Assist with drafting and editing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate filings; Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements; Prepare correspondence, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail; Organise and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring accurate record-keeping and document management; Coordinate document production and distribution for client meetings, presentations, and transactions; Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner; and Handle phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and professionally. Skills & Experience Previous experience as a legal secretary or administrative assistant in a corporate or law firm environment; Strong knowledge of corporate legal terminology, procedures, and document formats; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and legal software (e.g., document management systems); Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines; and Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, including proofreading and editing legal documents.
