About the Role Supporting 2 Partners and wider team; Draft, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence related to planning and environmental matters; Maintain and manage calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and court dates; Assist in the preparation of reports, submissions, and advice on planning and environmental compliance; Coordinate communications between the legal team, clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders; and Manage billing and invoicing processes. Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a planning, environment, or similar legal practice; Strong working knowledge of legal procedures and documentation specific to planning and environmental law; Excellent organisational and time-management skills; High proficiency in MS Office and legal database software; Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; and Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion.
