This role works one-on-one supporting a Senior Partner within Commercial Litigation. The firm are located in the heart of the CBD. As a PA, you will provide support to a Senior Partner ensuring smooth running of his practice. This is a true PA position, which will see you be a 'right hand' to a busy operator. You will also work with this Partner, on supporting them with Litigation based duties, such as court documentation. We are looking for someone who has prior experience in Litigation & supporting at a Partner level. This role is an Intermediate to Senior level position, for a career Legal Personal Assistant. Unfortunately, this role does not offer progression in becoming a Lawyer. The firm have separate opportunities for those looking to practice. Responsibilities may include; Diary management & Inbox management for the Partner Client Liaison - drafting correspondence & letters Taking minutes in leadership meetings Expense management Other ad hoc administrative tasks from time to time You will have prior experience as a Legal Personal Assistant, supporting at a high level ideally within a Litigation based practice. This role is predominately working in the office, due to the nature of the position. However, you are able to mirror your operator and work one day from home per a week.
