About the Role: We are looking for adaptable and creative team members who are passionate and determined to improve student outcomes. You will need to be a patient and resilient educator with a good sense of humour. Responsibilities: Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with other educators to create a flexible and dynamic classroom setting. Curriculum Development: Contribute to the design and development of the curriculum for the Art department. Build Relationships: Form strong and meaningful relationships with students and parents to foster a supportive learning environment. Integrate Technology: Use innovative teaching practices and new age technology to enhance learning experiences. Support Positive Behaviour: Implement positive behaviour support models and have experience in teaching children with social, emotional, and behavioural issues. Classroom Management: Confidently manage classroom dynamics and liaise with a range of other professionals to support student learning. Differentiate Instruction: Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs and abilities of students, including those with ASD and ADHD.
