Job reference: 11039 Brand: Lumus Imaging Location: Narangba & Burpengary Work type: Casual (Permanent) Our Medical Reception team based in Burpengary are on the lookout for a Medical Receptionist to join them in providing the best service and care to our patients. Our centre supports a wide range of patients, including managing many e-referrals for imaging services. We are open to recieving applications for either a Full Time (38 hours per week) or Part Time (22.5 - 30 hours per week) permament team member, you will be able to indictate your preference in your applicaiton. As a Medical Receptionist you will be providing face to face support to patients, acting as the first point of contact to ensure a smooth experience for their appointments. In addition, you will be responsible for managing multiple systems to book appointments, support records management and work with referring medical practitioners. As a Permanent Full Time or Part Time Medical Receptionist, you will be rostered to work shifts across Monday to Friday, between 8.30am - 4:30pm. This role will also support our brand new clinic in Narangba, being able to travel between Narangba and Burpengary is essential for this role.
