HAYNES are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to work with one of our Mackay clients. Key responsibilities: Answer customer communications and queries including phone calls, emails in a professional manner. Prepare and submit quotations in a timely manner Oversee order timelines and provide feedback to customer with any delays, etc Ad-hoc duties as required eg Banking, petty cash reconciliation Build and maintain rapport with team and stakeholders. About the offer: Monday to Friday Casual ongoing position 38 hours per week Hours - 8am to 4pm Weekly pays $ Attractive Rate $ The successful candidates, must have: Current drivers' licence and reliable transport Previous experience in administration and customer service. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Reliable work ethic Ability to pass pre-employment including Drug/Alcohol screen.
