Key responsibilities for this stimulating and rewarding role include: Covering the Reception desk during our busy lunch period from 11am to 2pm Answering all telephone enquiries and directing them accurately Welcoming and greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner Organising couriers and effectively handling incoming and outgoing mail Providing outstanding customer service both in person and on the telephone Administrative support The person we are seeking is a bright, energetic self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision. You must demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly and professionally to new and evolving situations while showcasing your initiative, prioritisation, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
