As the Receptionist, your focus will be to offer a welcoming, professional, positive first point of contact experience to visitors and incoming callers by greeting everyone in a friendly professional manner and appropriately directing enquiries as well as engaging in other administrative tasks including: operating a multi-line telephone system process spare parts orders from our e-commerce site creating kits for distribution issuing keys for new homes and creating compliance certifications recording customer feedback into our database stationery ordered on a weekly basis managing incoming and outgoing mail ensure reception area is neat and presentable at all times About you We’re looking for a someone who is motivated and self-driven with a "can-do” attitude. You will need to have the interpersonal skills to provide a high level of customer service, along with the time management skills to be able to manage the high volume of incoming calls.
