Our brands include; Glue, Platypus, Skechers, Hype DC, Vans, Dr. Martens, Subtype, The Athletes Foot, CAT, Merrell, The Trybe, Timberland, Stylerunner, Hoka, UGG, Saucony, & Nude Lucy About the Role: The role of our Graphic Designer is to interpret and manage briefs to design market-leading artwork which supports our digital, retail and wholesale marketing endeavors across all formats for the Accent Group of brands. Your key responsibilities will include: Interpret and manage briefs to design and build campaigns and creative collateral for all Accent Group brands across print, advertising, and digital, ensuring alignment with the brand personality and seasonal campaigns. Effectively utilise Accent Group's creative workflow management system to standardise and streamline the briefing, feedback, and approval processes across marketing, wholesale, digital, and creative teams. Design compelling print elements including window posters, catalogues, point of sale materials, decals, and strut cards to ensure all stores are visually up to brand standards and aligned with campaigns. Design and develop digital visual communications in line with the brand and campaign direction across all formats, including email, website home and landing pages, social media assets, banners, and digital advertising. Understand usability and navigation issues and integrate these into the overall design concept across all platforms (e.g., social, mobile, website). Maintain productive working relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies, printers, and suppliers. Undertake research and maintain knowledge of the latest developments and technology in graphic design and printing to ensure The Agency's designs are current and relevant. What we are looking for: Graphic Design Degree or equivalent qualification with proven experience in retail creative development within an in-house or creative/digital agency environment Advanced layout, typography and design capabilities with a demonstrated portfolio of work covering print, digital and brand design Strong organisational and time management skills with a proven ability to plan, prioritise and meet strict deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills with ability to engage with internal stakeholders and external agencies At Accent Group Limited we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity and inclusion.
