Perfect CBD Location Part Time Brunel Benefits Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the HR department. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies. Assist with onboarding new employees. Support HR projects and initiatives as required. Handle general HR inquiries and provide support to employees. Qualifications: Certificate IV in Human Resources or higher (preferred) Previous experience in an HR administrative role is desirable. Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
