About the AusPac Graduate Program We are delighted to invite applications for our 2025 Graduate program commencing February 2025. About the Engineering Innovation Graduate opportunities As an Engineering Innovation Graduate you will work in a growing Research and Innovation team with the ability to have tangible impact on our day-to-day operations. Some of your responsibilities may include: Plan and execute experimental programs for electronic product development Reporting of experimental activities and other trial work Investigate and report on the latest technologies (initially in wireless electronic blasting) Develop new electronics technologies relevant to our business Assist in presentation of Innovation activities to peers and senior stakeholders. Study Background As a Graduate Innovation Engineer, you will be studying or have graduated from Mechatronics, Electronics, Communications or Mechanical Engineering. You will have a Bachelor, Post Graduate, Master's or PHD degree in the above disciplines or related fields and have completed your education in 2023 or due to be completed in 2024. In addition, you will have full working rights in Australia (with no restrictions). Locations Our 2025 Engineering Innovation Graduate opportunity will be based at our Kurri Technical Centre, local to Newcastle. For your 2026 rotation, your location options may also include our manufacturing locations including Gladstone, Lockyer Valley (Toowoomba) and Melbourne.
