$65k super Full-time permanent role Opportunity to join a fun team and work in beautifully aesthetic office space Our client is a respected and trusted custom design home builder with a reputation of exceptional quality. Due to growth, we’re seeking a Construction Allocator to join their team. Within this role you’ll be responsible for the daily planning of works ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time and on budget. You’ll will also communicate with stakeholders to obtain quotes, ensure materials are delivered on time and manage DA submissions and utility applications. You’re a team player that takes pride in your work with strong organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple projects. The role: Review and coordinate job requests, create and assign job schedules to the team and contractors. Monitor work in progress, follow up on materials and progress of jobs to ensure the efficient execution of all works to meet timeline, quality and profitability. Liaise with suppliers and contractors to source quotes and confirm delivery requirements. Work closely with customers for additional requirements and schedule accordingly. Create or obtain purchase orders for materials, hire equipment, and other goods and services as required to complete planned work. Monitor the status and expected delivery dates of materials or equipment ordered for jobs to ensure parts are delivered and available for scheduled work. Communication and use of council portals for DA submissions and requirements. Organise utilities including gas and water applications. General administration and support to the team. What we’re looking for Demonstrated experience working with various computer systems and programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Administaration experience, construction not essential as training is provided. Superior Communication skills. Ability to plan work effectively. Superior organisational skills.
