Immediate Start - Concierge - TEMP Work for one of the best in Sydney - My client a business success, is seeking to a Receptionist/Concierge to run the front of house function. Working in this high profile clientele not two days will ever be there same - You will be the face of the organization and must be cool under pressure. Based in stunning offices in the heart of the CBD, you will represent the first personal people will see when they walk through the door so first impressions must be lasting. All visitors will be welcomed in a professional manner and you will be responsible for a variety of tasks Key Responsibilities: • Meeting and greeting clients • Internal and external client liaison • Answering and distributing of all incoming calls • Distributing the daily mail • Maintaining the reception area • Ordering kitchen and office supplies • Filing, faxing and collating of documents • Managing catering requests • Ad hoc cleaning duties • Plus numerous other administrative tasks To be successful in this role - you will be highly professional with a polished telephone manner, exceptional communication skills both verbally and written. You will be resourceful and have the ability to think on your feet. We are looking for someone that is flexible and has a positive 'can-do' attitude - someone that wants to work hard and who is customer service driven You would have ideally come from a similar role as a Reception / Concierge for the last 12 month or alternately worked within the Customer Services industry as a Flight Attendant / Hostess or Concierge / Guest Relation in a 5 star hotel
