About the Role The Customer Service Specialist plays an integral part in the logistic supply chain, liaising with customers and service providers, providing information and problem-solving. This role reports to, assists, and works cooperatively with the Customer Service Manager in providing outstanding customer service to internal and external customers through the timely and accurate resolution of customer enquiries and complaints. Responsibilities Establish strong customer service relationships with customers Provide customers with service information (either verbally over phone or via email, TEAMs, or CW1) Source rates and complete quotations to customers Identify, research, and resolve customer issues effectively Follow up on customer inquiries timely Enter data into CW1 and produce data/reports as required Ensure all quotations are created in CW1 and client rates are managed for autorating Ensure all customer details are maintained and kept up to date Ensure bookings are made through Order Manager - CW1 About You Sound experience in a customer service role within the relevant industry Experience using CargoWise One Great communication and customer service skills Next Steps If this is something you are interested in applying for, please submit an up-to-date resume through this advert.
