The Gig Role Overview: Running the restaurant as a standalone business within the Hotel, maximising profitability while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and service. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Development: Serve as a leader and role model to our F&B Team, providing exceptional guest service while up-skilling and developing each team member, focusing on product knowledge and service standards. Atmosphere Creation: Establish and maintain an enthusiastic and energized atmosphere for our Bar. Operational Excellence: Ensure meticulous attention to administration, F&B system usage, payroll controls, order, and roster management. Growth and Innovation: Identify growth opportunities and successfully implement them. Team Building: Develop organizational capability through the management and development of a cohesive, motivated team engaged in our vision. Collaboration and Strategy: Collaborate with other department heads, stay up-to-date with industry trends, and assist with marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and increase the value of existing ones.
