You'll leverage your autonomy and initiative to anticipate needs, manage multiple responsibilities, and deliver impactful projects that shape the future of education. This leadership role demands a collaborative approach. You'll work closely with the Senior Management team, Associate Dean Learning & Teaching, Directors, Course Coordinators, and other key personnel, fostering positive working relationships across all levels. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and empowering the Academic Programs and Accreditation & Curriculum teams, effectively motivating, coaching, and managing staff. Setting clear performance expectations, and nurturing and rewarding achievement and exceeding goals. Collaborating with the Associate Dean, Learning & Teaching, program directors, course coordinators, and discipline leads to oversee and ensure high-quality, strategic, and proactive student and academic program support, aligning available resources with program requirements. Driving the advancement of the Faculty's learning, teaching, and student experience by coordinating projects and initiatives, providing high-level advice to the Learning and Teaching Committee, and ensuring alignment with Faculty and University strategies. You bring a high level of enthusiasm, flexibility, and initiative, seamlessly working independently and collaboratively. A self-starter with strong organisational skills, you'll manage multiple areas while anticipating and meeting objectives with minimal supervision. Demonstrating leadership in process improvement, you'll readily adapt to new technologies while ensuring solutions align with existing frameworks. Your expertise is vital in streamlining processes, building strong relationships with Faculty, University, and external stakeholders. Your sound judgement and problem-solving skills will ensure you work proficiently and meet deadlines, while also providing strategic support and anticipating challenges to proactively offer solutions. You also have: A relevant postgraduate qualification or are actively pursuing one, complemented by extensive experience in university program delivery and management. Alternatively, a strong combination of relevant experience and education/training can be considered. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, alongside expertise in business intelligence tools like Microsoft Power BI, MicroStrategy, and Oracle Finance. You'll also possess a strong ability to analyse and present data for informed decision-making. Successful project management experience, particularly in complex and geographically dispersed projects with diverse stakeholders, demonstrating your ability to provide high-level professional support. A strong track record in crafting clear and compelling written communication, including diverse papers, proposals, and reports tailored for senior leadership.
