We are excited to announce an opening for a highly skilled and motivated Legal Assistant to join their property team. In this role, you’ll support three fee earners and collaborate with a dedicated team. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the fee earners, including drafting correspondence, managing calendars, and organising documents; Assist in preparing legal documents, presentations, and reports for client meetings and court proceedings; Facilitate smooth communication and correspondence between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders; Maintain organised electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information; Handle complex billing processes and diary management across multiple time zones. About You: Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar administrative role within a law firm or corporate legal department is advantageous; Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools; and Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
