Position Overview: Diligent is looking for a highly professional and motivated individual to combine their technical knowledge with commercial skills to effectively uncover and develop solutions for prospects and customers. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships, as you will interface directly with leaders of large multi-national companies, and other key GRC and ESG personas. Key Responsibilities Responsible for all reporting across the SE function Works with PM on an on-going basis to understand new releases and messaging to the SE team and field. Helps marketing strategize where SE resources can be leveraged. Lead and assist in the development of the Value Proposition for a Governance Diligent pillar Create good working relationships with other Services Managers/Directors & the Global SE team as well as work cross-functionally to improve customer experience Create development plans for each team member Onboard and train new SEs Develop people to be their best selves and ensure that they have the opportunity to develop and grow in Diligent Improve SE processes to ensure delivery on objectives around creating a world class pre-sales organization Lead large cross-functional initiatives for the global SE team Set and drive the standard for the SE team Lead the team through ambiguity Required Experience/Skills Analytical/Technical Solution and result oriented Ability to lead through ambiguity Comfortable working with and presenting to all levels of an organization on the subject domains, including: Directors, Vice Presidents, C-Level roles What Diligent Offers You Creativity is ingrained in our culture.
