Your next opportunity We are seeking to employ a Field Sales Manager to service the Concrete product stream within the Northern NSW region. Reporting to the General Manager - Concrete Regional NSW, this role will see the successful incumbent responsible for 2 direct reports whilst managing a select number of our key accounts. Your day will involve: Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the relevant Boral OHS system; Develop and manage the sales team to optimise performance through setting and measurement of KPI's and sales objectives, effective communication and coaching; Manage key accounts in the region; Accept and carry out responsibilities in accordance with the relevant Boral OHS system; Develop and manage the sales team to optimise performance through setting and measurement of KPI's and sales objectives, effective communication and coaching; Contribute to sales effectiveness through the Sales and Marketing Excellence Programme; Build commitment and team participation in continuous improvement initiatives; Develop, implement and monitor sales and pricing strategies to achieve market leading performance, superior revenue and margin returns; Develop and manage strategic relationships with existing and new customers to understand and address customer needs and to add value. What are we looking for? Relevant tertiary qualifications, preferred but not essential; Demonstrated ability in providing leadership and coaching to a sales team; Highly developed understanding of sales tools, methodologies and business processes; Well-developed sales data analysis skills; including identification of assessment of opportunity and risk and forecasting; Strong customer, people and negotiation skills; Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships, and to lead and influence people.
