About the Client Our client is in the Commercial Real Estate industry, with a significant Retail Asset Management division, and has been in business for many years. They are a well-known reputable organisation and are a leader in their field They have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Centre Manager/Administrator to join their dynamic, well-established team based in Penrith. This role requires working on-site at a locally managed shopping centre Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, with one day based at another centre in the Bankstown-Canterbury area. Regular travelling to other shopping centres will also be required as needed. About the Role Your primary responsibility in this all-rounder role will be to assist and support the busy centre manager with the day-to-day operations, maintenance and smooth running of the shopping centre. The role includes but is not limited to: Answering phones Managing tenant relations Coordinating repairs and maintenance Liaising with third parties such as customers, contractors, solicitors, clients etc Monthly written and financial reporting Budgeting and financial analysis Data entry Risk management and compliance Site inspections Ad hoc general business administration High-level written and verbal communication Some travel to other centres is required About You We are looking for a self-motivated, career-driven, friendly individual with exceptional all-rounder abilities who is looking for their next career opportunity.
