Inside sales / Subscription Renewals and Upgrades - Advertising Leading global business that has solutions that really work Fully catered breakfasts and free snack bar and drinks all day everyday in a modern cool office $75K - $80K Base $120K OTE - Many are earning $140K Our client is a leading website that is used by consumers every day. They have a unique offering that allows them to have advertising and lead generation happen almost organically for their customers. With the business growing by double digits every year, they are restructuring their sales team and require additional staff to join the business in their renewals and upgrades team. The role on offer Working in a CBD office that is amazing , your role will be to manage a list of current clients, track their performance on the site and offer the chance for upgrades or the utilization of more services to increase their ROI. In addition, this role also has the responsibility for discussing renewals at the end of contracts. Full training in the company's offering will be provided during induction. The company is focused on promoting from within and as this is a role that requires you to be in the office 5 days a week - fully catered breakfast as well as snacks and drinks are provided all day. Remuneration for this role is as described above and OTE is very realistic. Who are we looking for? You are someone who has at least 3 years experience in a telesales and phone based account management role. You are an excellent communicator and able to concisely discuss features and benefits of products or services. You are able to build rapport and trust over the phone You are used to working to KPI's and metrics associated to internal sales You have excellent job stability and can demonstrate high achievement in sales. Previous advertising sales experience is advantageous You are able to attend the CBD office 5 days a week. Candidates with previous experience in renewels and subscription sales will be highly regarded.
