The Role: As Head of Programmatic, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth for the organisation through programmatic channels. This role oversees the development and implementation of programmatic strategies and tactics, working closely with the Chief Sales Officer and National Sales Leadership team to ensure high-quality campaign execution and performance. In addition to managing the programmatic team, the National Sales Director - Programmatic will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper tracking and measurement of programmatic campaigns, supported with analytics and data. You will provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, demonstrating the value and impact of programmatic advertising. The National Sales Director - Programmatic will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with programmatic partners and vendors, negotiating contracts and rates as needed to achieve optimal results. You will stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, sharing insights and recommendations with the wider team to ensure the organisation remains at the forefront of programmatic advertising. Overall, the National Sales Director - Programmatic will be a key driver of revenue growth and a vital contributor to the QMS Media’s success in the digital advertising space. What you will be able to do: Develop and implement programmatic strategies and tactics that align with overall business goals and objectives Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and analytics, to ensure programmatic campaigns are integrated with other marketing channels and initiatives Monitor and analyse programmatic campaign performance data, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed to achieve optimal results Manage budgets and forecasting for programmatic campaigns, ensuring ROI and profitability targets are met Develop and test new programmatic tactics and strategies, using data-driven decision-making to optimise performance and achieve business objectives What are we looking for?
