Seeking a driven individual to step into an Admin Assistant role with the opportunity to progress further in the industry. You will be working closely with the Property and Business Development Managers who will be assigning tasks for various admin tasks. Full training provided with the opportunity to further your career in Real Estate into an Assistant Property Management role. You will be working alongside a group of highly experienced Business Development and Property Management agents, supporting the team whilst also developing your skills and furthering your knowledge of the Rental Department. JOB DUTIES: • Answering all incoming telephone calls and distributing accordingly when required • Completion of Lease Agreements • Preparation of Keys for Open Inspections • General administration office duties such as general typing, photocopying, scanning, data entry, binding, laminating, archiving, printing etc • Provide administrative support to the Business Development and Property management team WHATS ON OFFER: - 1st Year Salary of $50,000 - $60,000 Super - Dependent on experience - Car parking on site, free - No Weekends - Career Progression into an Assistant Property Manager role - Agents Rep required - PropertyMe platform Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm in the office.
