The Role We’re seeking an experienced Industrial/Commercial Sales and Estimator to join our team. Reporting to the Panel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients in the Insulated Panel industry, (cold rooms, freezers and more), understanding the client's project requirements, preparing detailed quotes, and engaging with internal/external teams to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our client base and increase market share in the Insulated Panel commercial and industrial construction sector. Analyse scopes, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements and assemble accurate and well-organised cost estimates for Insulated Panel projects. Accurately measure and price from drawings and prepare detailed quantity take-offs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project handovers. Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner. Requirements Proven track record in sales and/or estimating in the commercial and industrial construction industry. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills. Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously. Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills. Experience in the Insulated Panel industry is strongly favourable but not essential.
