Key Responsibilities: Service Asset and Configuration Management: Provide comprehensive configuration management for all assets within the Asset Register in the Customer's ITSM platform. Manage new assets, update existing assets with relevant information, and retire assets no longer in use via the Customer RFC change management process. Configuration Item Updates: Ensure that configuration items related to ALE and AudioCodes systems and services are accurately represented within the asset register. Asset Migration and Maintenance: Migrate all assets from the Asset Register into the Customer's ServiceNow ITSM Platform. Update and maintain the asset register within the Customer's ITSM platform, ensuring accuracy for existing assets, new assets, and changes (RFC). Integration and Automation: Knowledge on how to Integrate with discovery tools for real-time alerting and discovery of assets, as agreed during the Service Delivery Meetings (SDM). Continuously assess and improve automation processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Data Management and Accuracy: Maintain information such as asset status, location, and relevant attributes through API calls or real-time data streaming between systems. To Be Successful You Will Have: Proven experience in CMDB management, including asset migration and maintenance within ITSM platforms, preferably ServiceNow. Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and frameworks, such as ITIL. Excellent data management skills, with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy. Proficiency in integrating and using discovery tools for real-time asset management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in developing and delivering training and support for CMDB users. Preferred / Highly Desirable: Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, including data integration and automation. ITIL v3/v4 Foundation or other relevant ITSM certifications. Experience with scripting and automation tools, such as PowerShell or Python. Knowledge of IT asset management (ITAM) and software asset management (SAM) principles.
