About the organization 100% Australian owned manufacturing company that specialize in engineering effective solutions that guide Australians safely to their destinations About the role A motivated and friendly & reliable Internal Sales Coordinator is responsible for handling all customer enquiries, orders and quotes via telephone, email and in person and being responsible for the timely processing, and strategic sales thought, of all customer quotes and orders into the order system with particular attention to detail and accuracy to ensure sales targets and customer expectations are satisfied Duties Takes phone calls from customers and attempts to convert all enquiries into a sale Attends to walk in sales or site visitors as the initial contact Provides industry advice on products and services as well as general State and Local Government Standards and specifications Enters customer orders into the order entry system ensuring accuracy of all appropriate information and specifications minimizing credit occurrence and communicated in accordance with the order entry procedure Completes quote requests to the clients specific requirements and develops strategic sales thought on the opportunity to maximize conversion ratios. Handles all initial customer complaints or issues, recording the appropriate information and ensuring these are resolved in a timely manner. Any difficult or complex issues are referred to your manager Skills & experience Strong customer service skills with an affinity with dealing with technical inquires and solution selling Experience in the signage industry is highly desirable Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Strong work ethic and Self-starter and can work unsupervised High attention to detail and strong organization skills Ability to build relationships and interact with staff on all levels Benefits Enjoy working within a busy, dynamic, and rewarding environment.
