This is a permanent position on offer, with full-time hours and training provided We will guide and support you through your development Duties include: Ensure timesheets submitted from site are accurate and complete Data entry of timesheets into our payroll system Liaising with various staff members including Site Supervisors, Coordinators, Payroll and Staff Assist in handling & processing of general payroll enquiries Work closely with the Planning Department to ensure labour is allocated accurately against jobs General administration as required The Requirements: Experience working within a fast-paced administration or data entry role Strong data entry skills and attention to detail Positive attitude with a high level of initiative and proactiveness Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop good working relationships Strong organisational skills including the ability to manage own workload Strong attention to detail and data entry skills Demonstrated ability to prioritise and problem solve What’s in it for you?
