This role requires the applicant to support the VVED Director of Workforce Operations and Workforce Coordinator by assisting with onboarding and recruitment of new VVED clinicians, roster and payroll coordination and support, and general administrative tasks as required by the VVED Workforce Coordinator. This position is open to both full-time and part-time applicants. To be successful in this role you will have: Prior experience in an Administration role (Preferably within the Healthcare sector) Proven ability to manage administrative tasks and prioritise workload Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently independently Ability to problem solve and exhibit flexibility Excellent IT skills and experience using various platforms (MS Office, Teams etc) Capacity to contribute to after-hours on call roster Next Steps . . .
