Property and Facilities – Administration Assistant Role Description The Property and Facilities Administration Support assists with the delivery of the Sydney Catholic Early Childhood Services (SCECS) portfolio, including new builds, minor works, and facility maintenance. This role involves working collaboratively with the Property and Facilities Manager and other property team members to ensure that projects and facility management tasks are completed on time and to a high professional standard. Additionally, this role ensures that all projects align with the SCECS strategic plan and its capital program objectives. This role is located at our head office in Leichhardt. Knowledge and Experience Essential Minimum three years experience in project support or administration support to a mid-senior level executive. Demonstrated ability to work within a collaborative team environment to solve problems and seek creative solutions. Highly developed interpersonal, written, oral and presentation skills, able to deliver excellence in customer and client service with an excellent telephone manner and high order skills in handling difficult conversations. Ability to organise a daily workload by priorities and work effectively in a team environment. Proven ability to work with sensitive and confidential information. Intermediate level Excel and computer literacy (MS Office Suite, Google platform). Willingness to learn new systems and technology. Exceptional attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills. A valid Working with Children Check clearance (WWC) number. Willingness to respect, support and uphold the mission, ethos and teachings of the Catholic Church and the values of Sydney Catholic Childhood Services. Desirable Construction administration or property knowledge. Previous experience working with construction consultants or trades. Basic financial knowledge for tracking payments, invoices, contracts and purchase order. Construction software experience – Procore. Essential Qualifications HSC or Equivalent Previous high-level administration experience. Working with Children Check.
