Branch Administrator - Bunbury The Role Experienced Branch Administrator to be based out of our Bunbury Office. This role would suit a switched on, flexible and proactive Administrator who would like progress their career into a project support style role. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative and coordination services which support the Project teams. Key Responsibilities: To carry day to day branch administrative and office duties. To carry out and maintain all branch data entry requirements for all current systems To ensure the administration organization of site personnel. To assist and administer all procurement documentation and head office requirements. To carry out all filing and record keeping requirements. To assist other staff members in compilation of reports and management system requirements. To carry out workshop & yard stock take and produce weekly and end of month stock reports. Maintain stationery and office consumables. Processing, completion and forwarding of wage time sheets. To assist other admin personnel in dispatch of hire equipment and goods and maintaining documentation for Perth factory invoicing. To maintain stock and purchases of PPE for employees. Undertake Asst managers tasks whilst absent from Branch - produce hire contracts, organise services to assets The successful applicant will ideally have: Previous experience in a similar role Strong communication and people skills Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge High attention to detail - experience with high volume invoicing/ purchasing Experience with TimeTarget will be highly regarded.
