The Role: Full-time permanent position Excellent compensation package depending on experience $75-85k super This role is fully office-based in the Western suburbs AR, payroll, HR, and fleet management responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Oversee employee on and off-boarding Assist in coordination of contracts and employee welcome packs Conduct thorough police and license checks for all new employees Monitor and manage staff injuries/accident register Fleet Management: Facilitate the seamless handover of fuel cards, tags, and other vehicle-related items Maintain and regularly update the company vehicle list Coordinate and oversee the timely servicing, insurance, and registration renewals Administer and manage the handling of speeding penalties Effectively manage fuel, tolls, tags, and any losses or damages incurred by company vehicles Handle insurance claims promptly and efficiently Monitor customer accounts for timely payments and follow up on overdue invoices.
