The Sales Executive will support Conquest Equipment in achieving their core sales objectives, striving for exceptional growth in line with the 3-year strategy. Conquest Equipment specialises in the sale and service of industrial floor cleaning machines, offering an extensive range of floor scrubbers, sweepers and floor preparation machines. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound phone calls to chase and qualify sales leads Book meetings with key decision-makers at prospective clients Manage and qualify incoming sales leads from all channels Complete Customer Care / Account Management calls to maintain and develop existing customer relationships. Prepare weekly activity reports, analyze results, and make improvements to process and outcomes Record and update information in CRM (Salesforce) Requirements Required Skills: Outbound Sales & Appointment Setting Expertise: Proven experience in generating leads and scheduling appointments through cold and warm outbound calls High-Volume Outbound Calling: Must be comfortable making a significant number of outbound calls per day. Technical Proficiency: Strong IT and systems experience to navigate internal tools and databases efficiently. Communication Excellence: Exceptional phone manner, ability to build rapport with customers, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
