Description Sales Management: Lead and manage sales and account teams to achieve sales targets through effective KPI setting and tracking. Develop and refine sales strategies, identifying target markets and channels in collaboration with Operations. Implement sales approaches to meet business sales budgets, including lead qualification, customer research, and proposal preparation. Product Strategy: Conduct competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities for existing product portfolio. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive threats, supporting new product introductions. Define product vision and road map aligned with company objectives, focusing on revenue growth and IP acquisition. Leadership and Management: Recruit, hire, and on board sales and account management team members. Coach and mentor team to enhance performance and promote a high-performing culture. Drive Sales & Marketing team activities according to business objectives, monitoring and evaluating performance. Profile Proven ability to coach and develop team members, enhancing performance through constructive feedback and tailored development plans. Cultivation of a positive, results-driven sales culture that promotes collaboration and achievement. Extensive track record in sales, specifically with software/complex solutions. In-depth knowledge of the mining industry and its life cycle. Success in aligning product strategies with business requirements, demonstrating a strong understanding of market dynamics. Proficiency in crafting and executing effective sales and marketing strategies. Expertise in sales negotiation, influencing stakeholders, and designing both business and technical solutions. Strong analytic skills for interpreting market data and customer insights.
