Our client are looking for a visionary Structural Engineer with a passion for pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. They are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will lead complex projects, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and sustainable structural solutions. DUTIES. Lead the design and analysis of structural systems for a variety of projects Oversee the preparation of detailed engineering plans, specifications, and reports Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution QUALIFICATIONS. Bachelors or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in structural engineering, with a strong portfolio of completed projects Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (Inducta, ETABS) Extensive knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills Ability to think critically and solve complex problems with innovative solutions CULTURE.
