We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing Administration Assistant to join our Private & Exclusive Label Procurement team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to new product development, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure the timely delivery of goods. Key responsibilities include: Follow organizational processes to ensure product quality, fitness for purpose, and compliance with required specifications. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their sourcing needs and help provide appropriate sourcing solutions. Work closely with suppliers to acquire product information, quotations, and samples. Assisting with projects for the private and exclusive label range to ensure on-time delivery. Ensuring the database is always updated with correct information and coordinating the cost movement approval process. Assisting with the development and amendments to the Product Specification sheet ensuring all stakeholders sign off and latest information is captured. Assisting with Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR) to address and resolve quality issues. Participate in ad hoc project work as required More about you The ideal applicant will possess the following: Proven experience in a sourcing or import role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong Excel skills (including VlookUp and formulas) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to liaise with suppliers in China and other countries.
