Office and HR Administrator The role: This is a diverse role touching many parts of the business. S upporting the Australia Branch Director, the global POD (People and Organizational Development) team, local managers and staff in Brisbane, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills that will allow you to build trusting relationships internally, and professional relationships externally with a variety of stakeholders. Broadly speaking, the following three core areas will be your chief focus: Reception and general office facilities administration Recruitment and human resource administration tasks (including HRIS) Planning and executing office events, Employee Voice and Giving Back initiatives Key outputs: Ensure a smooth onboarding and employee office experience, positively influencing our branch eNPS Ensuring seamless recruitment and interview process, with regular communication to job candidates Creating and updating Australia Branch and POD SharePoint articles and pages Provide timely updates and reports on branch environment data and key sustainability metrics What we are looking for from you: Excellent organisational skills and time management High level of accuracy and attention to detail Well-developed, friendly communication skills in emails, in person and on the phone The ability to handle confidential information in a sensitive manner Strong problem-solving skills Exceptional IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Teams, Excel, MS forms, SharePoint Self-motivated, able to work flexibly and to collaborate across departments Commitment to the company’s values Previous experience in an office management and reception duties Previous experience and exposure to human resources and recruitment administration duties A Passion for travel, and eager to make a positive impact as a business, and flying this flag as part of being a certified B Corporation Willingness, flexibility and adaptability to take on new duties and evolve with a growing office Note: This is an office-based role, 5 days a week We recognize that job adverts are often a wish list, and no candidate can have equal experience in every required/desired skills, however if you think you would be a good fit for Inside Travel Group and this role, we would welcome an application from you What you get in return: 25 days annual leave, rising by one day each year to a maximum of 28 days Enhanced company paid parental leave Day off on your birthday Paid volunteering leave Employee Assistance Program Regular staff social and networking opportunities Designated learning and development time Discounted travel for staff Annual performance bonus based on performance (on target equivalent of 1 month salary) About us: Inside Travel Group Ltd is a pioneering travel company with a passion for crafting extraordinary experiences in Japan.
