The Opportunity We have an opportunity for an experienced individual to provide administrative services and support to the Gallery and coordinate the delivery of the day-to-day operations. As Gallery Administration Officer, you will provide administrative support to the Gallery team including travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and maintaining meeting minutes as well as purchase, resource and record Gallery shop stock and reorder as necessary. About You We are seeking an individual who holds a Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent relevant qualification and a NSW Working With Children Check, and has a current NSW Class C Drivers Licence. You will have the following skills and experience; High standard of interpersonal and communication skills including good written and verbal skills Demonstrated ability to self-manage, prioritise referral responses, and problem solve. Three years recent related experience in an administration role Additional skills, knowledge and qualifications that may be applicable to this position, such as recent related experience in planning, implementing, and delivering public events, community engagement, social media strategies, and public relations and marketing experience. Benefits This is a permanent full time position working 35 hours per week.
