What you will do: The HR Administration Officer is responsible for a range of general admin duties, such as: Preparing recruitment advertisements. Recruitment activities via Seek other avenues. Liaising with prospective applications. Arranging interviews. Completing pre-employment checks. Employee file and records management. Employee performance appraisal schedule monitoring. Liaison with the Human Resource Management Team. What you will bring: Leverage your previous experience in administration/HR and have at least 2 years in a similar position. Utilise your proficiency in rostering software such as Humanforce or similar, along with a good skill level in MS Office applications. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, fostering collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
