Your next opportunity: As part of the inside sales team this role will help manage and develop the growth of our small/medium customer base, through execution of the sales process, ensuring the consistent delivery of excellent sales service to customers. Key activity is to manage customer accounts and relationships to understand customer needs, and deliver superior service and performance compared to competitors. To develop and deliver value propositions which secures segment share in profitable segments and to help deliver the objectives of the regional strategic plan. Your day will involve: Prepare and submit timely & accurate quotations Reaching out to existing and potential customers, ensuring they have been pro-actively contacted, marketing Boral products and services Actively engage key internal stakeholders from cross stream functions and personally participate in the tendering process for new contracts Follow up and close out of all sale leads and quotations Comply with Boral HSEQ and injury management policies and procedures What are we looking for? Minimum of 1-year sales/customer service and industry experience, preferably in concrete High level of communication, negotiation and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Highly developed computer skills in MS Office. Proven ability to lead and work in a team and facilitate information flow Sales systems experience (Salesforce, CRM, Command) What's on offer?
